Return Policy
- Returns/ damage claims will only be granted for 5 days after you have received the item.
- All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- We will NOT refund shipping & handling charges.
- You must have an RA (Return Authorization) to return an item. No item will be accepted without an RA.
- Call 517-669-5931 or email josh@SJGLEW.com for an RA.
- RA number must be written on the outside of the box.
- A copy of the original packing slip must be in the box.
- Return the item, prepaid. Note:No collect packages will be accepted, you must pay the return shipping.
- Allow 30 days for your refund to be processed.
- Charges will be filed with local law enforcement for incidents of fraud.
